📝 First: Fill the Form

The student should fill out the form in the following link:

Note: A special number will be sent to the student shortly via email.

🎨 Second: Project Preparation

Then the student prepares their project including:

• Three A0 size boards
• Short project summary (maximum 500 words) in a text file (WORD)

Note: Ready-made templates for A0 boards will be sent after registration.

📤 Third: Project Submission

Collect the files (three boards and text file) in one RAR file and send it to the following address:

• Boards should be free from any indication of the participating student's identity or university
• The final compressed file size should not exceed 100 MB
